Hi Phooka, yes, it's very hard trying to gain "clean weight". I've now decided to stay the same weight, and go for a more defined look, rather than a "bulky/mucscly" look. I've noticed, that If I don't train 3-4 times a week, I instantly start to drop in weight. (not just body water either)

I can imagine gaining 'clean weight' is difficult without muscle training. It could all too easily go wrong with unhealthy foods, couldn't it? take care!
