You know what to do. So what's keeping you from doing it? Do you need tough love ? You got out of the obese category. Do you wanna go right back to it? No. I know you don't. Get back on track hun. We're all human and all fall off from time to time. As someone wise once said. There's no shame in falling. The shame is in not getting back up. We all extend a hand to you to help you back up. You can do this and you're worth it!! ❤️ 

It's ok, just think how much you enjoy your weight loss and how much further you would like to go. It happens, now get back on!

@Vezzika. I was wondering how you were doing. Thought maybe I was a little too tough on ya. ❤️. So happy to see you back! This whole weight loss/get healthy journey can be such a mind game and can really deal a blow to your self esteem. Make your beautiful mind up girl! Dig deep and don't let that desperation win! We are women! We are tough as nails when we need to be!!! Right? I know in my case, I will fight heaven and earth, tooth and nail for someone that I love...yet all of my life I've not considered myself important enough for the same! Well honey...this time, it FOR me!! No kind of food is worth it, no "cheat" is worth it! I will do this..even if it takes forever. Because I'M worth it. Many blessings to you my dear. If I can ever help you, in any way, just let me know! You gained 2 pounds. Pffft. Consider it a speed bump that just slowed you down a little...it will not stop you. Now let's hit that gas again and continue on this journey together! ❤️❤️
