ive been lookin for a weight drop all week, was beginnin to think it wasnt gonna happen..but im down 1.5 pounds from last week...i was really surprised when i got on the scales today and the weight was down again..makes me happy i go for my walks on a regular basis, even when its down below 20..lol...have a great day evryone..

thanks everyone..when i first started walkin in the cold, i was just gonna walk until the temp got done to 35, because i thought it would be to cold to walk, but since i layer the clothes like i do, every part of my body is covered when i go out except my eyes, and as of yet, i have never been cold when i go walking..in fact, most days when i get home and start taking off the layers, to change for the gym into sweats and tshirt, my tshirt is usually damp or wet from sweating from my walk..for me i enjoy walkin so much now, that the thought of it being cold is just a number, and not a chill...and after i get done with my walk, its like wow..its so nice out, and not all that cold after all.....
