Well I reached my goal for 2017. Lost roughly 12.5kg aimed for 10kg.i Started at 112.5kg and presently 99.5kg. Done over a period of 7 months. I've worked up to a 30:40 5km starting at 52min. Lost 2 pants sizes 42 to 38. Feeling great wanting to lose more. However all the running rowing cycling has been hard on my body. Shoulder and now my hernia in the groin area. Have 2 now and set for surgery Thursday 23rd November. No exercise for 4 to 6 weeks. So that's me for 2017. Hope to get back in the new year and beter this year.
