Interesting how I can stick with my daily limit (a little over on some days) and lose nothing and then suddenly it drops a bit. And curious that the morning after I'd had some "naughty" foods, and enjoyed them, I was down a little in weight.
55,2 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 5,5 kg.    Aún para ir: 0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
