Red arrow for me today.
I ate great yesterday and my ketone testing strips are getting darker. I walked nearly 7.5 miles at work last night on top of my morning workout. I'm not going to get discouraged. I'm going to enjoy my day off hanging out with my little girl, even if we watch Boss Baby allllll day long.
101,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 7,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

its just muscle.. i began to pace my exercise. so i could focus on losing weight first but keeping tone. if ur trying to lose fat then pace the exercise .. i got this from FS support.. u got this

I can control my morning workouts, but I cannot control my activity level at work. Sometimes I do 3 miles, sometimes I do 11. It totally depends on what's going on. My 15 day workout challenge is almost over, maybe I'll do some experimenting.

That's the attitude that will definitely get you everywhere...much continued success sweetheart and have such a fun day with your little girl..I still love spending time with my sweet girl even if she will be 21 this summer xoxoxo;)
