So today it was communion at church, so I had a pinch of bread.. gluten. I will have to remember to buy gluten free bread and put a square in my purse for church.
So yesterday I mapped out my first goals, but I can't find my entry.
So I am unsure of my actual weight. I may be more than 207 because my big pants. size 18, are tight. I am thinking I may be as high as 214. I decided to go gluten free again to help my IBS and hidradenitis suppurtiva. I have been gluten free with the exception of the pinch of bread today for 3 days. My stomach has still been cery bloated. I am supposed to work towards a low fodmap diet but am trying to do one step at a time.
First step gluten free and keep calories between 1400 to 1600 calories a day. I am trying to get my stomach and intestines to calm down so I am decreasing the amount of times I eat and the amount until my stomach calms down. So I will eat only once or twice a day for another day or two. My stomach definitely needs a 12 hour break from the last time I eat at night right now. If this protocol doesn't work I will have to go to blended and soft foods, possibly the BRAT diet. I am also working at getting my carbs down to 80 per day while maintaining nutritional requirements to keep nervous system healthy( fibromyaglgia).
