Yesterday I was out running around and reacted badly to a stressful situation and ate way too many carbs and gluten. I do not do well if I do not bring snacks with me or preplan what I am going to eat. I weighed myself and am back up 2 pounds! my scale is really unreliable so I am going to have to see if I can go into my doctor's office to be weighed so I know my actual weight. I am restarting the gluten free diet today. My pants are less tight though.
