Diario de juliefranke, 22 ene. 20

My husband just finished his weekend. He was stressed out which transferred to me. I ate everything that I could find yesterday. I definitely have to restart gluten free. I have to learn how to manage my emotions without stuffing my face. I am disappointed in myself. I am not sure if I can walk today. I feel like I need to restart the egg routine. I am not even sure of everything I ate yesterday. I am going to update my food and be as honest as I can from yesterday.

Today is a new day.

yes whenever I need a new start. I do the egg diet for 3 or 4 days to get back to where I should be. if I mess up I just restart again.
