I am on strong antibiotics so I will be feeling better again soon. I haven't felt up to walking for the last 6 days but will get back into it in a day or two. But I am weighing in at just under 96 ks( just under 214 lbs) so I am chuffed with that as I have lost about 3 ks(nearly 7 lbs) since I started in the beginning of July so at least its coming down!
