Two days without working out ! Thankfully tomorrow's Sunday and I can do it. This is what I had for lunch (dinner, too, I guess). It's going to be difficult to track this Colombian food.

Last two days crazy trying to get ready for my trip, and handle a friend's business matters...eating like crap and didn't get to workout yesterday. But, I MADE time before my flight tonight to go to the gym. Not a crazy workout, but it felt good that I could get in there. Now gearing up for this red eye ! (HATE 'em)

Simple breakfast...seedless watermelon with some low-fat ricotta cheese. 216 calories and almost 15 grams protein.
