Skipped yesterday...I try to take one day off a week. Not feeling like going heavy. I really need a training partner :-(
Flat Bench Flys - 50lb dumbells- 3x10
Cable Flys - 30lbs each arm- 1x10 35lbs each arm - 2x10
Cable curls - 30lbs each arm - 3x10
Shoulder dumbell flys - 12.5lbs each arm - 3x10

Not feeling it today...still, made it to the gym. Decided to go light. Justified it because yesterday was a heavy leg day. Tomorrow's another day.
