Not sure what's different except for the coconut oil replacing some other healthy calories. I had some last night with dinner & woke this A.M. almost 2 lbs lighter. I'm not saying this will always work but it appears to be for me over the past week since I started taking it consistently. We'll see how it goes over the next few weeks.

I actually weighed in @ 207.4 this morning. Have not worked out since last Wednesday 1-8-14. Got sick through the weekend & then had some family issues do deal with until last evening. finally got on the Lifecycle bike for 35 minutes last night.
Also started taking coconut oil consistently. I've used it for a long time but never on a consistent basis. I know take two tablespoons of it every morning or mix it into my morning breakfast bowl smoothie. It does really give you that full feeling.
My fat intake is up for the last week or so but it's good fats! Avocado, coconut oil, etc. Having the higher fat intake is also making my calories go up. I'm not concerned with that. You may see me go over my max 2000 calories more often by eating this way, but I'm ok with that if they're healthy calories.

Did nothing but sleep and rest this weekend & I think beat this cold. My but was kicked Saturday. I spent the day lying down. Felt much better on Sunday but still took it pretty easy. Lots of fruit and veges in smoothies & homemade chicken soup. Splurged Sunday night on some grilled chicken wings. no foo foo dressings. Just Tabasco and some honey. also had a fresh made brussels sprout salad with Feta cheese & balsamic vinegar. Woke up this A.M. @ 209. Not bad for doing nothing all weekend. Also, I'm adding more good fat to my diet. Having a tablespoon or so of coconut oil in my smoothie every morning. It really makes me feel full!

Feeling kind of crappy today. Feel like I'm coming down with a cold or something. body aches, throat scratchy, & a little mucas'y. Energy level is way down. Heavy duty Vitamin C all day today! Debating a workout tonight. I'm a believer in sweating it out. This blows! I never get sick!
Oh but I was 209 this morning! Yay.

Had a big food weekend with my son in town visiting. Grilled up ribs and chicken & other comfort foods. I maintained through that so I'm pleased. Still 210 on the nose.
