My weight when woke up was 122.8! 🤞🏻☺️ But I know it will raise again up to 125 with food and drinks. Gonna do some cardio and some weights today and abs workout, although I hate those the most!

in reality when i woke up today it was like 123.7! but right now with all the water and food it came back to 125. so have to make that this week on cardio I’ll burn about 1500 calories. i have a hope again.

Сегодня утром меня приятно удивил вес - 124.3 фунта. Правда, по сравнению с временами, когда вес был 43 кг - это начерта не значит:)
Перестала есть мясо,птицу,сладкое в большинстве своём, из вредных напитков оставила только чай-кофе. Чувствую себя прекрасно, и надеюсь сподобиться на кардио сегодня✌🏻

When I woke up today my weight was 124.3! But I am pretty sure it’ll rise up to almost 126, so decided to be a realist. Is it a win? Not really. I’ve stopped eating meat and poultry, drinking soda about 2 weeks now. Mostly drinking unsweetened tea and coffee. I am feeling good. Hopefully, will go to gym today for some cardio✌🏻

from now on i have decided to go back being a light vegetarian. anyone?
i will gradually exclude meat, poultry, then fish. still craving for cheese 🧀
i hope this will help me to lose some pounds:)got no weights here.
✅was swimming today for about 25 mins and wandering around suzdal and vladimir for 10 hours. still fat, although my waist is looking slightly better. or it is just my imagination😁
❎ate two bites of tiramisu and two cups of sweet coffee. it was amazing, i do not regret doing that✌🏻

yes. looks like I have lost control. I got accepted to a university and do not train with my trainer anymore, and it's not an excuse for gaining weight at all. I was snacking on crackers and sandwiches thinking that my body is still looking great after a 6-month break. and you know what? it is not. there is no excuse to act crazy and snap on your family because you didn't work out hard enough and didn't take care of yourself. so today I've decided to run 500 kcal and do some weights after eating a 700 kcal sandwich in the morning. it was delicious, but the price for that was high enough. I hope that tomorrow when I wake up I will follow today's small achievement with some cardio and healthier diet. no more bread. no more unhealthy snacking. going to reach my goal.
