Gym in the morning workout - treadmill and elipitical some push ups front and back. Will have mid day meal and then start my fast going into tomorrow mid day meal. Seems to be an easy way to limit my calories and not need to meal plan! Water and tea will be an easy choice for the rest of the day. Planning to visit the grandkids for the weekend birthday/superbowl party. Lots of food choices to deal with but will plan accordingly and hope for the best outcome.

Today is my fast day started last night and will end at 6 pm with a meal with my husband. Cold day to start with and went to the gym for an hour and came home. Being retired is setteling in nicely and will take the pup for a big walk later today when the day warms up.

The weekend is here and I get up early to meet with some friends, catch up and run and do errands. Walk the pup but the rain made it a short hope to get at least 5000 steps in today asi usually get around 7500 to 10,000 steps. Food is easy as I did this "Keto" years ago only it was the "Grey Sheet" in OA so no difficulty there. I am coming to the realization if I stuck with it I would not be here today but it was my "research" to understand. Intermittent fasting is so good for me as I really like the idea of not THINKING of what I need to plan my next meal. I fast from 6pm ish to noon every day and 2xs a week 6pm t0 6pm and it is a natural process so I think I can live like this one day at a time.
