I am looking for advice....
I stay at about 1600 calories a day. I am creating a calorie deficit of over 500 everyday. I drink lots of water and try to get enough protein and fiber. I do not lose. I maybe lose 1 lb a month...if that. This is really stumping me. I read that a lot of you keep dropping a lot of weight. Does anyone have any thoughts?

I was looking for a little drop in weight.....but holding steady isn't the end of the world for me. My body seems to really fight me on giving up this fat. I think the greater win here is the change in mental attitude about my daily eating and activity effort. I am coming to actually want to make responsible choices and not just see what I can get away with. LOL

Really feeling proud about this. I had a few days of backsliding. So I've gotten back to sticking to my RDI. With my husband gone for two weeks and no car to get to a gym or child care to watch my three kids....I could have just sat around. But I got off my butt and took forever long walks and plugged in my workout DVD. It can be done! Just have to want it bad enough.

I so want to feel proud of myself and my accomplishments so far. This is my mental set back. It seems that no matter where I am in this weight loss...it is never good enough. Why can I be so happy for others and so down on myself. Enough! I need to get over it.
