Week 4 - P90X - Recovery week. This morning I was beat and woke up later than usual. Doing the Yoga X in the am's will be a challenge. It's too long of a workout to fit into my tight schedule at that time of day. I did Cardio X instead. Much shorter (45 min vs 1.5 hours) and I got a decent burn in (471 kcal). I will try to fit the yoga in over the weekend.
I am a bit discouraged with this morning's tale of the scale. Today I am 3 pounds heavier than I was on Saturday morning! But I will try to keep things in perspective knowing that the body fat has gone down, and I dont't feel like I gained any weight. Perhaps I am going through that delicate transition between gaining muscle and losing fat. The pounds will even out at some point is my hope. I'll keep thinking that.
Well, it's Thursday, tomorrow's Friday, and then it's the weekend! I cannot wait to say the very least. I need some down time and I am not sure I am going to get it this weekend, but I'll try.
Must stay positive!!!

Just realized I didn't post this morning! End of week P90X - Week 3. Ah. Recovery week starts tomorrow and I am looking forward to doing something different for a week.
Can't wait to have some salmon for dinner! Yummy!

P90X - Legs/Back - done. Not nearly the same calorie burn as the previous 2 same workouts, but I'll take it.
Bowling was fun last night, need to find a new league now since it's over and won't start up again until September.
Body fat was down again this morning, gotta love that!
Also, I've actually lost almost 5 pounds in month! I didn't even realize this because it seems like the numbers have been stuck!

Taxes - done. Ugh. I hate taxes.
P90X - Shoulders & Arms done, and 600 calories gone to boot! This with a bad foot. Strange - I woke up with a severe pain in my foot. I couldn't walk on it or put any weight on it. Of course, against better judgement, I went ahead and did my workout. I even wore wedge sandals to the office today. It seems to be fading, I just hope it's gone enough to bowl tonight!
Eatings been pretty good, even over the weekend. Last night we had seared Ahi with a soy ginger marinade and veggies.
Your week is what you make of it - so make it count and make it great!

Today's workout rocked! P90X - Plyometrics - 878 calories in 59 minutes. I didn't think that possible, and boy am I pooped! I know I feel like I couldn't work much harder, but who knows? I'm just glad that I got up and did it, and don't understand how I can almost talk myself out of working out when I feel so accomplished when I am through. I don't think I consumed enough calories to carry me through this, I got very dizzy a couple of times. Off to have a protein shake in a second.
Looking forward to this week's workouts. I'm in the midst of week 3 and next week is recovery week. Don't take that to mean that the workouts will be any easier, they are just different. I'm also debating whether or not to add the boot camp classes this week or next, and my inclination is to add them next week since I won't be doing as intense of workouts and my body may adjust easier.
