Really motivated to be in the 130's by Halloween. Only a few lbs away. I also am doing a 16 week goal which started a week ago. 16 weeks until 2016. My new years day goal is to be in the 130's also hopefully 135. Basically if I don't gain through the holidays, that is a triumph! I am so close to my goal weight. These last 5 lbs are the hardest to lose for sure. I am running more now that my son is in preschool. That is really helping me get back on track.

Haven't been doing my best recently. I've been eating too much,turning to food when I'm not hungry. My dad had a heart attack last Friday which was very scary. He is doing well now,has to wear a life vest heart monitor for maybe 3 months. I'm trying to do better today and not go to food for comfort. I also just feel so tired and emotionally drained I've really had to talk myself into working out. I took a bike ride yesterday and found I really push myself even more with all these emotions to get out. I did 75 mins on my elliptical Saturday too. Sunday I hate to say I barely moved. So today I am fighting myself with the choice to crawl back in bed or go for a walk or run or bike ride..... ugh.... I slept over 9 hours I know I can go workout. Just no motivation at all. At least I had a healthy breakfast and am really motivated not to over eat today. Life happens, I can get through this in a healthy way!

This past weekend was challenging food wise. A wedding rehearsal dinner Thursday night then wedding reception meal Friday night. I did fairly well. Also pms hitting me like a brick. I was out of control Sunday. I think all the cake this weekend really awoke that sugar craving demon hiding deep inside me. No guilt about it though. I just let it be and got back on track the next day. I'm off to a great start this week,finally back on my normal schedule. I love living a healthy lifestyle. 💪😊

Last night we had a wedding rehearsal and dinner following. The food was great. I only ate half of everything. It was a delicious 4 course meal, the menu already chosen so I couldn't order whatever. That was difficult at first but I thought how often do I eat out so it was fine. For me the hardest thing to push away was the cheesecake! I don't even usually care for it but man it was delicious. I haven't ate that much and that late at night in a long time. I will be eating late tonight as well at the reception which doesn't start until 7:30. It's all good though, at least tonight I can dance off the food!! lol
